Dharmendra Yadav has extensive experience in finance and operational leadership, currently serving as the Global OTC/Finance Process Lead with diverse clients including Gilead Sciences and Cisco since November 2003. Yadav specializes in process improvement and transformation, contributing to client success through hands-on execution and innovation. As the Founder and CEO of Rolling Point, Inc. since August 2005, Yadav has demonstrated expertise in scaling businesses into global enterprises, driving operational excellence and growth. Earlier roles include Senior Oracle ERP Consultant at Polaris Software Lab Inc. and Associate Manager at JP Industries. Yadav holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
