Jeff Goodell

Jeff Goodell is an accomplished author and contributing writer with extensive experience in climate-related journalism. Currently serving as a Fellow at the Guggenheim Foundation since April 2020, Goodell has authored notable works including "The Heat Will Kill You First: Life and Death on a Scorched Planet" (2023) and "The Water Will Come: Rising Seas, Sinking Cities, and the Remaking of the Civilized World" (2017), while also contributing to Rolling Stone since January 2002. Previously, Goodell held a Fellowship at New America from 2016 to 2017. Educationally, Goodell holds a Master's degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.
