Aaron Harper

Aaron Harper has a diverse work experience, starting as an Assistant to a Partner at ICM Partners from 2010 to 2012. Aaron then worked as an Agent Trainee to Partner at Creative Artists Agency from 2012 to 2013, managing high volume calls and maintaining relationships with major studios. From 2013 to 2015, Aaron served as the Marketing Director at 1st Round Enterprises, where they developed marketing strategies and managed the publicity team for the record label business. Aaron later joined AM Only in 2014 as an Artist Booking Coordinator, responsible for securing high-profile bookings and managing travel itineraries. Aaron then worked at AT&T as a Retail Sales Consultant from 2015 to 2017. Aaron transitioned into the franchising industry, serving as a Senior Franchise Development Director at Chem-Dry from 2017 to 2020 and at BELFOR Franchise Group from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Aaron is the CEO/Owner of Rolling Suds Power Washing Professionals, a premier franchise for residential and commercial power washing.

Aaron Harper attended UC Santa Barbara from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies. In 2011 and 2012, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business & Sales Management at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
