Kyle Shields, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Partner at Acction Advisors and Co-Owner of Rolling Suds, Kyle has previously held positions including CPA at Wealth Compass Financial and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Snowball Industries, focusing on financial and accounting revitalization. Kyle's notable tenure as Chief Financial Officer at Sweetwater Care involved strategic leadership that propelled the organization from inception to $200M in revenue. Prior expertise includes tax positions at Halverson & Company and Deloitte, where significant contributions were made to compliance processes and tax return preparation for large corporations. Kyle holds both a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from Brigham Young University.
