Mattison Williams

Mattison Williams currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Rolling Suds since January 2024. Prior to this role, Mattison held positions at Rita's Italian Ice as a Franchise Sales Coordinator and at BELFOR Franchise Group, where responsibilities included Director of Franchise Development and Franchise Development Specialist, focusing on connecting entrepreneurs with franchise opportunities. Experience also includes a tenure at Sunglass Hut, where Mattison excelled as Store Manager, achieving top sales rankings, and previous roles at Gigi's Cupcakes Franchise and Noggins Hair Design. Mattison obtained an Associate's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College between 2014 and 2018.
