Dan Attanucci

Dan Attanucci has extensive work experience in the field of accounting and finance. Dan is currently serving as the Managing Director of External Reporting at Rollins, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Aveanna Healthcare, where they held the positions of AVP of Accounting and Finance Integration as well as Interim Controller. Before joining Aveanna Healthcare, Dan had a long tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where they served as a Managing Director from 2010 to 2020 and as an Audit Senior Associate from 2005 to 2010. During their time at PricewaterhouseCoopers, they conducted audits of banks, broker-dealers, and asset managers, and played a key role in implementing provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act related to accounting for derivative instruments and impaired mortgage-backed securities.

Dan Attanucci attended Wake Forest University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA). Their field of study was Analytical Finance and Accountancy.
