Theresa Chase

Theresa is a valued member of our software Training Department. She has nine years of direct experience working in the flooring industry, much like many of our talented staff members who serve our client base. She also has firsthand knowledge of implementing the RollMaster Software system from a client’s perspective, having played a key role during the onboarding phase with her previous employer. This makes her especially tuned in when assisting new clients on the system, while also being able to provide training for our long-term customers. Theresa earned an Associate’s Degree from Lincoln Land Community College.
