Johnathan B.

Johnathan B. is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the HR technology and cloud applications industry. Currently serving as a Founding Member at Rollo HCM since December 2024, Johnathan previously held the position of Director of Sales at HiBob from August 2022 to December 2024, where the focus was on unifying HR operations through a comprehensive tech platform. Prior to HiBob, Johnathan worked at Workday as the Director of Sales for Large Enterprise, leading a national team to promote Workday Financials. Johnathan's experience also includes strategic roles at Oracle, where as Regional Sales Director, management involved overseeing a team for cloud applications, and a significant tenure at ADP, culminating as Vice President of Sales, responsible for significant revenue generation and talent development. Early in their career, Johnathan developed foundational skills at Paychex as a Sales Associate. Johnathan holds a B.S. in Criminology from Bridgewater State University.
