Marcello Bruno has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades with notable positions across various companies. At Bayer, Marcello served as HR Admin Team Lead and HR Business Partner International Mobility and Plants Coordinator, contributing to the THR project aimed at transforming HR processes in Italy. Marcello's roles also included HR Generalist and HR Payroll Specialist, overseeing significant projects like outsourcing payroll processes and implementing new HR platforms. Subsequently, Marcello held positions such as HR Manager for Italy, Iberia, and Central Eastern Europe at Xylem Italia, and HR Payroll Manager at HP, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and DXC Technology. Additionally, Marcello served as Head of HR OT Functional Shared Services Italy at Siemens and is currently the HR Country Manager at Rollon.
