Aaron Chmiel

Aaron Chmiel is an aerospace structures engineer with extensive experience in structural analysis, particularly in aerospace propulsion. They previously held roles as a Dynamic Systems Structural Analyst at Sikorsky Aircraft and a Structural Analyst at ATK, where they focused on analyzing composite materials and rocket motor assemblies. At Rolls-Royce North America, they served as a Rotatives Structural Analyst, leading quality improvement initiatives and automating fatigue analyses. Aaron earned a Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Engineering Science from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
