Ade Davies

Ade Davies is currently the Head of Transformation - Finance at Rolls-Royce, where they lead change within the Finance community. Prior to this role, Ade held various finance-related positions at Rolls-Royce, including Senior Finance Business Partner and Finance Manager. Ade's career in finance began after earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting for Business from Staffordshire University, followed by a qualification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Ade's extensive experience at Rolls-Royce spans from management accounting to overseeing transformation initiatives within the finance sector.
