Andy Greasley

Andy Greasley is the Executive Vice President of Turbines at Rolls-Royce, where they have been responsible for operational and strategic leadership since 2015, overseeing a division with an annual sales value of £700M and a workforce of 3,800 across multiple global sites. Previously, they held several executive roles at Rolls-Royce and served as a Vice President at Airbus UK Ltd, focusing on supply chain management and product development. In addition to their current role, they are a Non-Executive Director at Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Limited and XRA, and have contributed to various joint ventures including Turbine Surface Technologies and ITP Aero. Andy holds a BSc in Management and Materials Technology from Brunel University, an MSc in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, and completed an Executive Leadership Development program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
