Andy Roberts

Andy Roberts currently serves as the Director of Flight Operations and Chief Test Pilot at Rolls-Royce since March 2020. In addition, Andy Roberts has held the position of Chief Executive Officer for the Rolls-Royce Heritage Trust since March 2024. Previous experience includes serving as an A330 Type Rating Examiner and Line Training Captain at AirTanker Services from March 2012 to March 2020, as well as being a Test Pilot in the Royal Air Force from December 2008 to December 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Flight Dynamics and Evaluation from the University of Portsmouth, along with ongoing studies at the Empire Test Pilots School.
