Anna Epps is currently the SVP of Internal Communications at Rolls-Royce, having started in this role in 2025. Prior to this, Anna served as the Internal Corporate Communications Director at BT from 2022 to 2025. Anna's extensive experience at BT includes leading the Strategy and Transformation Team, as well as managing internal communications and corporate affairs for technology units. Anna began their career at Deloitte as a Consultant, followed by a managerial role at Moorhouse, where they contributed to business development and led major projects. Anna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science from the University of Southampton.
