Ben Stephens is currently a Combined Software Team Lead and Technical Lead at Rolls-Royce, where they oversee the full software lifecycle for DO-178B Cat. A projects and manage the software development team. Previously, from 2010 to 2017, Ben contributed to the company as a Software Design Engineer, focusing on gas turbine FADEC software design and support. Prior to their tenure at Rolls-Royce, Ben worked as an Associate Mechanical Engineer at Seasonal Displays in 2009. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems and Software Engineering from the University of York and a Master of Science in Reliable Embedded Systems from the University of Leicester.
