Following this role, Benjamin took on the position of Sustaining Engineering Manager at BrassCraft Manufacturing Company from April 2022 to July 2022. Currently, Benjamin holds the title of Engineering Manager - Mechanical Test Systems at Rolls-Royce, starting in October 2022. Benjamin earned a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University between 2001 and 2006.
