Betsy Werner is an accomplished engineering professional with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Butler University and Mechanical Engineering from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, both completed in 2021. Betsy has held significant roles at Rolls-Royce, starting as an Engineering Graduate from July 2021 to May 2023, encompassing various rotations in Whole Engine Design, Service Engineering, Visualization Rig with the Experimental Test Group, and Design for Service. Currently serving as a Systems Engineering and Verification Engineer, Betsy is involved in flight testing for the Trent 1000. Prior experience includes a Safety and Reliability Engineering Internship at Crooked Stick Golf Club and an Irons Product Engineering Internship at Callaway Golf.
