David Belshaw

David Belshaw is a seasoned leader in project management, specializing in project controls and data analytics. Currently, they serve as the Head of Project Management at Rolls-Royce, overseeing a team of approximately 400 and driving strategic direction and capability improvements. Previously, David held various roles at Rolls-Royce, including Programme Manager and Project Controls Manager, where they successfully led multiple projects and enhanced project management capabilities. David's hands-on experience includes a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh and internships with the UK Ministry of Defence and Hunprenco Limited.
