David Cooper

David Cooper is a Cost Engineering Specialist at Rolls-Royce, where they develop tools for cost awareness and lead cost estimation initiatives. They hold an Engineering Doctorate in Cost and Process Modelling from the University of Southampton, where they completed research sponsored by Rolls-Royce, alongside a first-class master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering.
