Deb Atack

Deb Atack serves as the Head of Reward UK and RoW at Rolls-Royce since September 2006, where responsibility includes leading global pay policy for approximately 7,600 management-level leaders and developing the reward strategy for 26,000 employees worldwide. Prior roles at Rolls-Royce include Head of People Partnering for Defence and Senior HR Business Partner, focusing on diverse HR initiatives across the Defence sector. In addition to corporate roles, Atack has been a Board Member at Cabot Learning Federation since September 2019, contributing to various committees related to wellbeing and remuneration. Academic credentials include an MA in HRM from the University of the West of England and a BA in Business & HRM from Oxford Brookes University. Previous experience encompasses HR advisory positions in different organizations, emphasizing a strong foundation in HR management.
