Devin Kent is currently the HSE Central Hub Lead at Rolls-Royce, where they lead the Central sites of the Americas Region since 2019. Previously, Devin held several key positions at Rolls-Royce, including VP HSE, Central and Head of Global HSE - Defense, focusing on safety and environmental management across global operations. Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, Devin served as a Safety Leader and Environmental, Health & Safety Leader at Owens Corning from 2000 to 2005. Devin earned both a BS and MS in Environmental Hazardous Materials Management from The University of Findlay.
