Eric Nichols is a seasoned engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in Defence Aerospace, currently serving as Capability Lead for Systems Engineering and Validation & Verification at Rolls-Royce. They previously held various engineering roles at Rolls-Royce from 2011 to 2014, including Development Program Engineer and Service Engineer, and gained early experience as a co-op engineer at Parker Hannifin and Aspect Automation. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering, both from Iowa State University.
