Gareth Williams

Gareth Williams is the Global Head of HSE Risk Management & Assurance at Rolls-Royce, where they focus on developing global HSE processes and standards across diverse businesses. With extensive experience as an HSE Director at various organizations, including BICC, HJ Heinz, and United Utilities, they have demonstrated a strong ability to drive HSE cultural change and improve performance. Gareth began their career as an HM Inspector of Health & Safety with the Health & Safety Executive, after earning a First Class Honours degree in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from South Bank University, along with additional qualifications in Health, Safety & Environment and Environmental Studies. They aim to facilitate organisation-wide HSE change in complex global contexts.
