Georgia Gorham

Georgia Gorham is the Head of Lean Improvement at Rolls-Royce, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Georgia served as Manufacturing Manager and Operations Improvement Manager, where they supported improvements across the manufacturing footprint. Georgia's earlier experience includes roles in various aspects of operations management and production leadership at Rolls-Royce, and they began their career as a Food Services Assistant at Sodexo and Compass Group. Georgia earned a degree in Natural Sciences, Mathematics, and Physics from the University of Nottingham in 2015.
