Greg Smith ChPP MAPM has extensive experience in programme management, currently serving as Programme Manager for Major Projects - Assembly & Test at Rolls-Royce since November 2005, where responsibilities include managing critical buildings and infrastructure projects. Previous roles at Rolls-Royce include leading major restructuring projects, overseeing the PMO and Integrated Master Schedule, and managing various service development and repair strategy programmes. Prior to Rolls-Royce, Greg held several managerial roles in business development and service delivery at Industrial Automation Ltd. and Electro Mechanical Systems Ltd., as well as engineering positions early in the career at Eurogear Power Products and Marley Cooling Tower CO Cooling Towers. Greg holds an MBA from Nottingham University Business School and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leicester.
