Ian C. has over three decades of extensive experience in engineering and project management, primarily within the aerospace sector. Since September 2012, Ian has held multiple leadership roles at Rolls-Royce, currently serving as Head of Delivery - Infrastructure and previously managing significant cost-saving initiatives as Programme Executive for Product Cost. Prior experience includes roles at UAV Tactical Systems as Sub Contract Manager, where Ian successfully managed technology transfer and supply chain setups for military projects, and at Aircelle as Supply Chain Operations Manager. Ian's career began at Rolls-Royce as a Design Technologist and includes a background in procurement and quality assurance across various companies. Ian holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, complemented by several engineering qualifications from various institutions.
