Isabel Smith

Isabel Smith is a skilled Safety & Reliability Manager with a strong background in aerospace engineering. They earned a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Sheffield, where they also served as a Deputy Lead Engineering Student Ambassador. Isabel has experience leading teams at Rolls-Royce, driving the development of safe and reliable products while fostering a culture of engagement and growth. In addition, they held the position of Team Principal for the University of Sheffield's Formula Student team, overseeing a group of engineers in the design and production of a race car.
