Jeff White is a Chief Design Engineer at Rolls-Royce, where they have been since 2008, contributing to the design, validation, and delivery of enhancements for over 3,000 aircraft engines globally. Known for their commitment to servant leadership, Jeff passionately mentors the next generation of engineers, instilling values of humor, creativity, and persistence. A graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, they bring extensive experience in the aviation and aerospace industry, including roles as an Aero Engine Safety Investigation Engineer and Assistant Chief Design Engineer. Jeff actively seeks to expand their talented team with emerging engineers and computer science graduates to leverage big data for transformative results.
