Jim Schofield

Jim Schofield is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace and medical sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Rolls-Royce, Schofield has contributed to the Advanced Blade Casting Facility, specializing in single crystal turbine blades for advanced aero engines. Prior roles include leading manufacturing initiatives at JenaValve Production LTD and overseeing process development engineering tasks at Olympus Surgical Technologies Europe. Schofield's background also includes significant tenures at Symmetry Medical and Doncasters Group Limited, where Jim managed projects focused on cost reduction and manufacturing efficiency.
