John Ferguson is currently the Head of Engineering Producibility at Rolls-Royce, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they worked at various roles within Rolls-Royce, including Group Lead and Control Account Manager across multiple projects. John began their career as an Undergraduate Mechanical Engineer at MBDA in 2008 and gained diverse experience through roles at AWE and the UK Ministry of Defence. They earned a 1st in Mechanical Engineering (MEng) from the University of Birmingham, graduating in 2010.
