John Schroeder

John Schroeder has over two decades of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development for Defense North America at Rolls-Royce North America since January 2010. Prior roles at Rolls-Royce include Director of AE2100 Turboprop Engine Programs and Program Director for Pegasus and Adour Engine Programs. John also held general management positions focused on cost reduction and turbine operations at Rolls-Royce. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from General Motors Institute/Kettering University.
