Jonathan Morrison is currently a Data Science Manager at Rolls-Royce, where they contribute to pioneering projects in machine learning and data-driven decision-making. In previous roles, they served as an Optimised Maintenance Engineer and acted as a technical lead on several projects, including award-winning initiatives focused on digital inspection and forecasting optimization. Jonathan has led teams of PhD students and graduates while also mentoring and training staff in Python and DevOps methodologies. They earned a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Liverpool and an EngD in Formulation Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
