Julia Liang

Julia Liang is an experienced Senior Supplier Quality Manager at Rolls-Royce, responsible for managing suppliers in Greater China and Japan, coaching regional Supplier Quality Leaders, and leading initiatives to drive suppliers’ Zero Defect Journey. With a background in supplier quality management and business improvement, Julia has successfully implemented quality assurance practices and process excellence programs. Prior to Rolls-Royce, Julia worked at Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell as a Production Manager and Technical Support Supervisor, where significant contributions were made in production planning, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Julia holds a Master of Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree from the Communication University of China.
