Keith Smith is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing at Rolls-Royce Group Plc, where they served as Manufacturing Engineering Manager for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Re-Activations from 2019 until voluntary severance in August 2020. Prior to that, Keith held the role of Manufacturing Engineering Commodity Lead for Fan Discs and Cover Plates from 2015 to 2019, leading significant production method developments recognized across the company. Keith began their career at Rolls-Royce in 1982 and earned a B.Eng (Hons) and MSc in Management of Information Technology from the University of Sunderland between 1992 and 1997.
