Kenneth Lee

Kenneth Lee is currently the Chief of Industrialisation at Rolls-Royce, a position held since 2022. Before this role, they gained extensive experience in various leadership positions at Rolls-Royce, including Equipment Acquisition Workstream Lead, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and Head of Manufacturing Technology. Prior to their tenure at Rolls-Royce, they served as Manager of Process and Equipment at STATS ChipPAC Ltd. Kenneth holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance) from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST).
