Lars Neumann

Lars Neumann is an experienced professional in the aerospace and procurement sectors, currently serving as the Export Control Manager for Civil Aerospace - Procurement at Rolls-Royce since January 2013. In this role, Lars manages integrated improvement projects related to strategic sourcing and serves as a specialist in military sourcing for the US Department of Defense. Lars has held various positions at Rolls-Royce, including Purchasing Development Manager, Buyer for aerospace compressor components, and Global Commodity Manager for Rolls-Royce Deutschland, focusing on sourcing and supply chain management for innovative technologies. Lars also serves as an active reservist with the German Bundeswehr.
