Lee Thould has over two decades of experience in intellectual property, primarily in the field of patents. Currently serving as the Head of Patents - Technology at Rolls-Royce since August 2014, Lee Thould has held multiple significant roles within the company, including Chief of Strategic Patents - Technology and Lead Patent Attorney. Prior to this, experience includes tenure at Swindell and Pearson from October 2002 to July 2014, where roles included IP Director and Trainee Patent Attorney.
