Lee Walker is the Chief of Manufacturing Engineering at EOS Aftermarket Operations for Rolls-Royce, drawing on over 25 years of experience in various technical and manufacturing roles within the company. Previously, they served as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager and led a team of over 60 engineers to support significant sales and critical programs. Lee holds a BEng Hons in Manufacturing Systems & Technology and an MSc in Engineering Business Management from Coventry University. They are currently leading a facility recovery program within the external supply chain and aim to develop new skills in challenging manufacturing environments.
