Leigh Edwards is currently the Value Stream Integration Manager at Rolls-Royce Defence, responsible for the management of Mk951 Adour engine delivery and aftermarket services for the Australia and Asia portfolio. Prior to this role, they served as the Programme Lead for Adour from 2023 to 2025. Leigh began their career as a Non-Destructive Testing Apprentice, progressing to the role of Senior Radiographer. They have completed multiple qualifications in advanced manufacturing engineering and non-destructive testing, including a BTEC Level 3 Diploma and various EN 4179 certifications.
