Mark Weaver is currently the Capability Lead for Mechanical Integrity at Rolls-Royce, where they also contribute as a Critical Part Lifing & Rotatives Structural Analysis Engineer and Stress Analyst. Previously, Mark served as a Design Engineer at Butler America from 2006 to 2012 and held various roles at Allison Transmission from 2012 to 2014, including Structural Analysis Engineer and Group Lead for Structural Analysis. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management, both from Purdue University.
