Mark Williams

Mark Williams is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Regional IT Service Delivery Americas at Rolls-Royce since April 2021, Mark has previously held significant roles at Unisys, including Service Delivery Executive and Executive Director of End User Services. Mark’s career began at NYNEX as a Systems Engineer and progressed through notable positions at PHH as IT Director and at Computer Sciences Corporation as a Global Service Executive and VP Service Executive for the Financial, Health Care, and Chemical sectors. Mark holds an MBA in Finance from Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware and an MS in Information Technology from The Johns Hopkins University.
