Matt Ley

Matt Ley is the Director of Design & Service Engineering at Rolls-Royce plc, where they oversee design engineering across Civil Aerospace, Defence Aerospace, and Power Systems. Previously, they held various leadership roles within Rolls-Royce, including Chief of Combustion & Turbine and Quality Director for Civil Aerospace Operations. Prior to their tenure at Rolls-Royce, Matt worked as a Management Accountant at AstraZeneca from 2004 to 2006. They earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London in 2004.
