Nick Salmon

Nick Salmon is a highly motivated leader currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Procurement, bringing nearly two decades of aviation experience. They previously held various roles at Rolls-Royce, including Vice President Customers - Boeing and Head of Engineering & Customer Services, demonstrating strong customer management skills and a track record of exceeding expectations. Nick’s early career included an undergraduate engineering position at EMCOR Engineering Services and varied engineering roles at Rolls-Royce, such as Flight Test Team Leader and Leadership Graduate Trainee. They earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) from the University of Nottingham and a Level 4 National Award from the University of Derby.
