Nigel Charman

Nigel Charman is the Engineering Programme Manager at Rolls-Royce, where they manage multi-disciplinary teams on low TRL projects across various technical disciplines. They began their career as a programmer and progressed through roles as a systems designer and tester, ultimately leading engineering project management efforts, including Chief of Controls and Chief of Function. Having worked extensively on military and civil projects, Nigel has contributed to innovative solutions in aircraft, ships, and rockets. They hold a BSc in Physics and Computing from Brighton Polytechnic and have international experience from working in England, Germany, and France.
