Pankaj Kumar is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Principal Manufacturing Engineer at Rolls-Royce since February 2017, where responsibilities include leading manufacturing processes. Prior positions include Team Leader Manufacturing Engineering at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG, Asst. Manager Tool Production at L&T, and Manager Tool Room & Product Development at Anand Motor Products. Pankaj has also held roles such as Tool Room Incharge at KDDL Limited, responsible for precision tooling for renowned watch brands, and Manager Toolroom & Development at A.T.E. Group, focusing on tooling for petrol pump units. Pankaj began the career as Engineer Tool Room at MSME Technology Center and has a Master's degree in Manufacturing Management from BITS Pilani, completed in 2014.
