Rob Neale has over two decades of experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Director of Production at Rolls-Royce since July 2010. Neale has held various leadership positions within Rolls-Royce, including General Manager and Head of Operations, significantly contributing to engine overhaul and manufacturing planning. Prior to this, Neale gained experience as a Production Engineer at Airfoil Technologies International from 1994 to 1997. Neale holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
