Roberto Menoni

Roberto Menoni is an Aerospace Technical Leader at Rolls-Royce, with over two decades of experience in developing pioneering propulsion systems and leading innovation on global programs. After earning a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Università di Pisa, they began their career at Alenia Aerospace designing components for the International Space Station, followed by roles in thrust reverser design at Snecma. They have spent the past 21 years at Rolls-Royce, where they have held multiple leadership positions in engine design and product development, fostering an inclusive environment and empowering teams. Roberto is fluent in English, French, and Italian, driven by a passion for shaping the future of flight through technology and collaboration.
