Ross Gutteridge

Ross Gutteridge is a high-performing and adaptable nuclear training capability lead currently working at Rolls-Royce since 2025. With 22 years of exemplary service in the RAF, Ross has extensive experience in project management, training design, and change management. Previously, Ross held various roles within the RAF, including Senior Training Design Project Manager, where they led diverse teams in developing comprehensive training solutions. Ross is skilled in conducting Training Needs Analysis and has successfully managed multiple technical projects, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and communication skills throughout their career. Ross holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from No1 Radio School.
