Sam Jones is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Rolls-Royce since April 2023, Sam has previously held the same title at Standard Aero from 2007 to April 2023, specializing as a service engineer for Rolls Royce AE3007 and Honeywell RE220. Prior to that, Sam was Chief Engineer at Power Source Technologies from 2004 to 2007, overseeing the development of a significant diesel engine project. Sam’s career also includes directing plant process improvements at Process and Plant Engineering, and product engineering roles at Matsushita Refrigeration Co. of America, Jacobs Engineering Group, and GE Aviation, where expertise in aerodynamics and system design was demonstrated. Sam holds a Master of Engineering degree from Wright State University, earned in 1994.
