Sean Paddock

Sean Paddock is an ambitious Material and Resource Planning Controller currently building a breadth and depth of experience within supply chain operations. They previously served as a Planning and Delivery Leader at Rolls-Royce, where they were responsible for the delivery of Naval Marine parts and packages, managing data accuracy, logistics, and process improvement. Sean completed a Supply Chain Management Higher Apprenticeship, which included placements across various roles, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management & Leadership from Nottingham Trent University. Additionally, they gained practical skills through house renovation work for family friends in 2014.
